Ingredients:
1 | pack (160 g) | MAGNOLIA CHEEZEE, grated |
1/3 cup + 2 | tbsp | MAGNOLIA GOLD BUTTER UNSALTED, softened |
2 | tbsp | MAGNOLIA REAL MAYONNAISE |
1 | loaf | whole wheat or sour dough bread, sliced diagonally into 10 slices |
1 | pack (28 g) | SAN MIG CREMA 3-in-1 WHITE COFFEE |
1 | cup | warm MAGNOLIA PURE FRESH MILK |
1/4 | tsp | ground cinnamon |
1 | pc | MAGNOLIA BROWN EGG, beaten |
Procedure:
1. In a bowl, combine cheese, 2 tbsp butter and mayonnaise until well blended.
2. Spread about 2 tbsp of the cheese spread on bread and make 5 sandwiches.
3. In a shallow bowl, dissolve coffee mix in milk then let cool. Whisk in cinnamon and egg.
4. In a non stick pan over medium heat and melt about a tablespoon of butter.
5. Dip each sandwich in the “cappuccino” mixture and pan-grill until golden on both sides.
6. Repeat procedure, adding more butter if necessary. Serve.
