CALIFORNIA CHICKEN PASTA IN OLIVE OIL


Ingredients:

1/2 (5 pc) kg MAGNOLIA CHICKEN FRILLERS, CALIFORNIA HERB FLAVOR
1 cup olive oil
1 (60 grams) pc onion, sliced
1/4 (60 grams) cup garlic, minced
1/4 kg spaghetti, cooked according to package directions
1/2 cup parsley, minced
1/2 tbsp iodized fine salt
1/2 tsp pepper

Procedure:

  1. In a large pan or wok, pan-fry chicken in olive oil over medium heat until chicken is cooked through.
  2. Add onion, garlic, and sauté until tender. Add pasta and mix well until well coated with oil.
  3. Turn off heat and then add parsley. Season with salt and pepper.
Makes 5 servings.
