CALAMANSI BUTTER CUPCAKE


Ingredients:

1 pack (1 kg) BAKE BEST BUTTER CAKE MIX
7 pc MAGNOLIA BROWN EGGS
1/2 cup water
1/2 cup (16 pc) calamansi juice
2/3 cup oil
2/3 cup MAGNOLIA GOLD BUTTER UNSALTED

Procedure:

1. Line muffin/cupcake pan with 3 oz cupcake liners. Set aside.

2. To make cake batter, combine all ingredients in a bowl and beat at low speed for 1 minute and then mix at high speed for 4 minutes. Switch to medium speed and mix for another 2 minutes. 

3. Pour batter into prepared pan and level with a spatula. 

4. Bake for 40 to 50 minutes or until golden brown. Unmold and cool completely on wire rack.

Makes 60 servings.

(Yield: 60 pc cupcakes /1 pc per serving)
