PUREFOODS HONEY CURED BACON, pan-fried and chopped
French Bread Croutons:
1. Spread Dari Crème Classic on one side of French bread slices. Sprinkle with grated Magnolia Quickmelt cheese. Toast for 5 minutes or until cheese melts. Remove from heat and set aside.
2. Combine garlic and anchovies in a bowl. Mash and blend well. Add mustard mayonnaise and Worcestershire. Stir in Worcestershire sauce and lemon juice. Add cheddar cheese and season with pepper and hot sauce. Set aside.
3. Upon serving, toss lettuce greens in dressing. Transfer to a serving bowl and top with fried bacon. Garnish with French bread croutons.
