CAESAR SALAD WITH CRUNCHY CHICKEN


Ingredients:

150 grams lettuce greens, torn into bite size pieces
1 pack (200 g) PUREFOODS CHICKEN POPCORN NUGGETS, cooked according to package directions

Dressing

3 cloves garlic, minced (1 tbsp)
2 pc (12.5 g) canned anchovy fillets in oil, drained
1 tsp prepared mustard
1/4 cup MAGNOLIA REAL MAYONNAISE
2 tbsp lemon juice (1/2 pc lemon)
1/3 pack (of 160 g) MAGNOLIA CHEEZEE, grated
pinch pepper

Procedure:

  1. Combine garlic and anchovy fillets in a bowl. Mash and blend well. Add mustard and mayonnaise then stir in lemon juice. Add cheese and season with pepper. Set aside.
  2. Before serving, toss lettuce greens with dressing. Transfer to a serving bowl and top with chicken popcorns.

Makes 3 servings.
