BUTTER COOKIES


Ingredients:

1 (225 g) bar MAGNOLIA GOLD BUTTER SALTED
1-1/2 cups sugar
2 pc MAGNOLIA BROWN EGGS
4 cups + 2 tbsp PRINCESS CAKE FLOUR
2 tbsp powdered milk
2 tbsp BAKE BEST BAKING POWDER
1/2 tsp iodized fine salt

Procedure:

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F. Grease baking sheets with butter. Set aside.
  2. Cream butter and sugar until light in color. Add eggs and beat until smooth.
  3. Sift together flour, powdered milk, baking powder and salt. Fold sifted dry ingredients into the butter mixture. Mix until well blended.
  4. Transfer mixture into a piping bag fitted with a large star tip. Pipe round shapes on prepared baking sheets. Bake for 10 - 15 minutes or until golden brown.
