BUTTER COOKIES


Ingredients:

1 (225 g) bar MAGNOLIA GOLD BUTTER SALTED
1-1/2 cups sugar
2 pc MAGNOLIA BROWN EGGS
4 cups + 2 tbsp cake flour, sifted
2 tbsp powdered milk
2 tbsp baking powder
1/2 tsp iodized fine salt

Procedure:

  1. Pre-heat oven to 350 F. Grease baking sheets with Magnolia Gold Butter. Set aside.
  2. Cream Magnolia Gold Butter and sugar until light in color. Add egg and beat until smooth.
  3. Sift together flour, powdered milk, baking powder and salt. Fold sifted dry ingredients into the butter mixture. Mix until well blended.
  4. Transfer mixture into a piping bag fitted with a large star tip. Pipe into round shapes on prepared baking sheets. Bake for 10 - 15 minutes or until done.
