BURGER AND EGG PANDESAL


Ingredients:

5 pc VALUE BEEF BURGER PATTIES
3 tbsp cooking oil
5 pc MAGNOLIA BROWN EGGS, each cooked sunny- side up
5 pc large pandesal, split in the center

Procedure:

  1. Pan-fry patties in hot oil for 2 minutes on each side. Drain excess oil on paper towels. Set aside.
  2. On bottom half of each pandesal, place patty and top with fried egg. Cover sandwich with top half of pandesal.

Makes 5 servings

Yield: 5 sandwiches
