Ingredients:
500 | g | MONTEREY BEEF SUKIYAKI CUT |
1/4 | cup (60 g) | cooking oil |
5 | cups | cooked rice |
1/4 | cup | soy sauce |
pinch | pepper | |
2 | tbsp | sesame seeds |
3 | tbsp (36 g) | sugar |
1 | tbsp | sesame oil |
1/4 | tsp (25 g) | red pepper flakes |
1/4 | cup | sliced onions |
Procedure:
1. Mix marinade ingredients in a bowl.
2. Marinate beef slices, making sure all pieces are covered with sauce for 30 minutes.
3. Heat oil in a non-stick pan. Pan-fry beef a few slices at a time for 1 to 2 minutes.
4. To assemble: Place hot steamed rice in serving bowls. Top with the cooked beef. Serve Hot.
Makes 5-6 servings.
