1. In a pitcher or a punch bowl, combine cubed Jellyace, sago, coconut milk, water and syrup. Mix well. Chill and serve with crushed ice. Top with toasted pinipig.
* To make light syrup, boil 1 cup white sugar with 1 cup water. Cook over moderate heat until sugar completely dissolves. Remove from heat and let cool. Use in a variety of mixed drinks.
