BUKO AND JELLY SALAD


Ingredients:

1/4 cup condensed milk
6 tbsp sugar
1 pack (110 mL) MAGNOLIA ALL-PURPOSE CREAM
400 grams shredded fresh coconut meat (buko)
1 pack (200 g) jelly snack

Procedure:

1. In a bowl, combine condensed milk, sugar, and cream. Mix well until sugar is dissolved.
2. Add buko meat and jelly, gently mixing to avoid breaking the jelly.
3. Cover and chill for 1 hour before serving.

Makes 6 servings. 
(Yield: 6 cups / 1 cup per serving)
