BUCKEYES


Ingredients:

1/2 cup SKIPPY PEANUT BUTTER CHUNKY
1/2 cup MAGNOLIA GOLD BUTTER UNSALTED, softened
2 cups powdered sugar

Decor

1 cup dark chocolate chips, melted
1/2 cup red & green candy sprinkles

Procedure:

  1. Line baking sheet with wax or parchment paper.
  2. In a medium bowl, combine peanut butter and butter, and beat together until blended. Gradually stir in powdered sugar. Mix until smooth.
  3. Shape mixture into 44 (3/4-inch in size) balls. Arrange balls on baking sheet. Refrigerate for 30 minutes.
  4. With two forks, dips balls into chocolate, covering two-thirds of each ball and leaving one side exposed to resemble buckeyes. Place back on baking sheet.
  5. Decorate with sprinkles. Refrigerate 1 hour or until firm. 

Makes 44 pieces.
