BROWNIE PARFAIT


Ingredients:

2 pc (140 g) store-bought brownies, cut into 1-inch cubes
1 pc (100 g) chocolate candy bar of choice, cut into 1/2-inch cubes
2 scoops MAGNOLIA GOLD LABEL ICE CREAM VANILLA
2 scoops MAGNOLIA GOLD LABEL ICE CREAM ROCKY ROAD
2 pc chocolate wafer sticks
2 rosettes whipped cream (optional)
2 sprigs mint leaves for garnish (optional)

Procedure:

  1. To assemble, layer 2 tall glasses with cubed brownies.
  2. Add a scoop each of Vanilla and Rocky Road ice cream.
  3. Top with whipped cream and garnish with wafer stick and mint leaves.

Makes 2 servings.
