BROWNIE PARFAIT

Ingredients:

2 pc store-bought brownies, cut into 1-inch cubes
1 pc chocolate candy bar of choice, cut into 1/2-inch cubes
2 scoops MAGNOLIA ICE CREAM CLASSIC STRAWBERRY
2 scoops MAGNOLIA ICE CREAM GOLD LABEL DULCE DE LECHE
2 pc chocolate wafer sticks
whipped cream (optional)
mint leaves for garnish (optional)

Procedure:

  1. To assemble, layer a tall glass with cubed brownies.
  2. Add 1 scoop of strawberry ice cream then 1 scoop of dulce de leche ice cream.
  3. Top with whipped cream and garnish with wafer stick and mint leaves.
  4. Repeat to make 1 more parfait. Serve immediately

Makes 2 servings.
