BROWN SUGAR MILK TEA SMOOTHIE


Ingredients:

1 (1.5 L) tub + 8 scoops MAGNOLIA ICE CREAM WINTERMELON MILK TEA
1 cup MAGNOLIA PURE FRESH MILK

Muscovado Syrup

1 cup muscovado sugar
1/4 cup water

Procedure:

  1. In a blender, mix ice cream and milk on high until well blended.
  2. To make the syrup, combine muscovado and water in a saucepan and bring to a boil. Simmer for 5 minutes or until thick. Set aside to cool.
  3. To assemble, pour 2 tablespoons of syrup on the sides of each glass. Pour in smoothie then top with ice cream scoop.

Makes 8 servings

Yield: 8 standard cups/1 cup per serving
