Brocolli With Mixed Seafoods


1. Melt the butter over medium heat in a pan.
2. Add the ginger. Add broccoli in the pan and stir-fry. Add the squid and shrimps and green bell pepper.
3. Stir in cornstarch mixture and simmer for 2-3 minutes until sauce is thick. Add sallt to taste.

Makes 4 servings.
