BROCOLLI WITH MIXED SEAFOODS


Ingredients:

2 tbsp MAGNOLIA GOLD BUTTER UNSALTED
1/2 inch ginger, minced
2 cups broccoli florets
3 pc squid, cut into rings
10 pc shrimp, peeled and deveined
1 pc small green bell pepper, cut into strips
2 tsp cornstarch, dissolved in 1/4 cup water
dash of iodized fine salt

Procedure:

1. Melt the butter over medium heat in a pan. 2. Add the ginger. Add broccoli in the pan and stir-fry. Add the squid and shrimps and green bell pepper. 3. Stir in cornstarch mixture and simmer for 2-3 minutes until sauce is thick. Add sallt to taste. Makes 4 servings.
