BREAKFAST TORTILLA WRAPS


Ingredients:

1/4 cup + 2 tbsp DARI CREME CLASSIC
1 (400 g) can button mushrooms pieces and stems, drained
4 pc large flour tortillas
4 (20 g) pc Romaine lettuce leaves
4 slices PUREFOODS SWEET HAM
1/2 (of 165 g) pack MAGNOLIA QUICKMELT CHEESE

Procedure:

  1. Melt 2 tbsp margarine and sauté mushrooms for 1 minute. Set aside.
  2. To assemble, lay every flour tortilla out on a cutting board. Make a cut from the edge to the middle. Divide tortilla into four imaginary quadrants. Place mushrooms, a piece of lettuce, a slice of ham and a portion of cheese on each quadrant.
  3. Starting from the bottom left quadrant, fold up over the top left, then fold over to the top right, and then fold it down to the bottom right.
  4. Melt margarine in a pan. Place tortilla wraps then grill both sides, until golden brown in color, about 2 minutes per side. 

Makes 4 servings.

(Yield: 4 pc/ 1 pc per serving)
