BREAKFAST CASSEROLE MUFFINS


Ingredients:

2 tbsp DARI CREME, softened
8 pc sliced bread
1 (250 g) pack PUREFOODS COOKED HAM, cubed
1 (160 g) pack MAGNOLIA CHEEZEE, grated
8 pc MAGNOLIA BROWN EGGS
1 cup MAGNOLIA FRESH MILK
1 tsp iodized fine salt
1/2 tsp pepper
1/4 (15 g) cup chopped parsley

Procedure:

  1. Preheat oven to 350˚F. Grease 8 muffin cups with margarine. Set aside.
  2. Press and fit a slice bread in each muffin cup to form a cup and then add ham and cheese.
  3. Whisk together eggs, milk, salt and pepper. Pour egg mixture evenly in each muffin cup.
  4. Sprinkle a little parsley on top and bake for 12-15 minutes until light golden brown.

Makes 8 servings.
