BREADED LAMBS CHOP


Ingredients:

1 kg MONTEREY PORK CHOPS
2 tbsp prepared mustard
1 tsp iodized fine salt
1/2 tsp pepper
1 cup Japanese breadcrumbs
2 tbsp chopped parsley
2 tbsp chopped basil
1/2 tsp iodized fine salt
1/4 tsp pepper
1 cup MAGNOLIA ALL PURPOSE FLOUR
4 pc MAGNOLIA BROWN EGGS, beaten
2 cups cooking oil

Procedure:

  1. Coat lamb chop pieces with mustard. Season with salt and pepper.
  2. Mix breadcrumbs, parsley, basil, salt and pepper.
  3. Dredge chops with flour, dip in eggs then coat with bread crumb mixture.
  4. Fry in hot oil over low heat until golden brown.
  Makes 6 servings.
