BREAD TOPPED CHICKEN PASTEL


Ingredients:

1 (600 g) pack COOK EXPRESS CHICKEN PASTEL, reheated according to package directions
1 (40 g) pc French baguette, cut into cubes
1/4 cup grated MAGNOLIA QUICKMELT CHEESE
1 tsp chopped parsley

Procedure:

  1. Preheat oven toaster to 350°F.
  2. In a bowl, separate reheated chicken pieces and vegetables from its sauce. Place chicken and vegetables into a 8x5.5x1.5 inch baking dish/casserole. Set aside.
  3. Combine bread and chicken sauce. Mix well. Arrange bread on top of chicken then sprinkle with cheese. Bake for 8-10 minutes or until cheese melts. Sprinkle with parsley just before serving.

Makes 4 servings.
