BONELESS CHICKEN ROLL


Ingredients:

1 pc MAGNOLIA CHICKEN STATION GALANTINA

Filling:

1 cup MAGNOLIA CHICKEN STATION GINILING
1 cup PUREFOODS CHORIZO BILBAO (lard included), chopped
1 cup white bread, bits (torn bread)
1 pc MAGNOLIA BROWN EGG
1/4 cup chopped carrots
1/4 cup chopped celery
1/4 cup pickle relish
1 tsp iodized rock salt
1 tsp coarsely ground pepper
1 cup grated MAGNOLIA CHEEZEE
15 pc pitted prunes

Procedure:

  1. Combine all filling ingredients in a bowl except grated cheese and prunes.
  2.  Mix well and fold in grated cheese last. Set aside.
  3. Cut chicken at the back.
  4. Put chicken on a piece of Glad Cook and Bake Paper. Spread filling on chicken.
  5. Arrange prunes in a line on 1/3 side of the chicken filling. Overlap chicken then roll.
  6. Enclose sides of paper by twisting. Steam for 1 hour and 15 minutes over high heat.
  7. Serve hot or cold with the Creamy Gravy for Roast Beef.
Makes 12 servings.
