BLOODY RED HOT CHOCOLATE


Ingredients:

1 (1 L) pack MAGNOLIA FRESH MILK
1/4 cup sugar
1 cup semisweet chocolate, chopped
1 cup chopped bittersweet chocolate
1 tsp red gel food paste

Procedure:

  1. Combine milk and sugar in a saucepan. Simmer until sugar is dissolved.
  2. Combine chopped chocolates in a bowl then pour hot milk. Let stand for 2 minutes before gently stirring. Mix well.
  3. Add red gel paste. Mix well. Serve hot.

Makes 5 servings.
