BELL PEPPER & CHEESE DIP


Ingredients:

1 pack (225 g) MAGNOLIA CREAM CHEESE, cubed
1 pc (150 g) red bell pepper, chopped (1 cup)
5 pc (2.5 g) fresh basil leaves, chopped (2 tbsp)
2 stalks (10 g) parsley, minced (2 tbsp)
1 pc (44 g) dayap (lime), juice squeezed (2 tbsp)
1 clove garlic, chopped
1/4 tsp iodized fine salt
pita chips or assorted vegetables

Procedure:

1. In a food processor or blender, combine the first eight ingredients. Cover and process/blend until smooth.
2. Serve with pita chips or vegetables.

Makes about 2 cups.

Note/s:

  • If a food processor is not available, pound ingredients with a mortar and pestle and use a whisk/spatula to mix the ingredients.
