BISTRO CHEESE FRIES BURGERS


Ingredients:

1 (400 g) pack frozen French fries
2 cups GOLDEN FRY PALM OIL
5 pc hamburger buns
1/4 cup
1 (860 g) pack CHEF’S SELECTION ANGUS BEEF BURGER
1 (235 g) pack MAGNOLIA CHEEZEE SQUEEZE
2 (50 g each) pc tomatoes, sliced
5 (7 g each) pc lettuce leaves
1 (90 g) pc red onion, sliced

Procedure:

  1. Heat oil in a pot and deep-fry fries until golden brown. Drain excess oil. Set aside.
  2. In a pan, use 3 tbsp oil from frying fries and pan-fry burger patties for 7 minutes per side. Transfer to platter and cover with foil to keep it warm.
  3. To assemble, spread bottom half of buns with some dressing, and then arrange lettuce, some tomato slices, onion slices, burger patty then French fries. Drizzle cheese sauce on top of fries while still warm. Close sandwiches with top half of buns.

Makes 5 servings

Yield: 5 sandwiches
