"BISTEAK" AND EGGS


Ingredients:

1/2 tsp soy sauce
1 tbsp calamansi juice
200 g MONTEREY BEEF SUKIYAKI CUT
pinch pepper
3 tbsp cooking oil
2 pc MAGNOLIA BROWN EGGS
1 tbsp minced garlic
iodized fine salt to taste
2 cups leftover cooked rice

Procedure:

  1. Mix soy sauce and calamansi juice in a bowl. Marinate beef then set aside.
  2. Heat 2 tbsp oil in a non stick pan. Place 2 egg rings in the pan. Carefully drop an egg into each ring. Allow to cook until desired doneness. Set aside.
  3. In the same pan, fry marinated beef until cooked. Set aside.
  4. Add remaining oil into the same pan. Sauté garlic until lightly browned. Add in rice and mix well. Season with salt.
  5. Arrange rice, eggs and beef into two plates. Serve.

Makes 2 servings.
