BINAGOONGANG MANOK SA GATA AT SIGARILYAS


Ingredients:

3 tbsp GOLDEN FRY PALM OIL
1 pack MAGNOLIA CHICKEN 3-WAY GATA
2 tbsp store bought ginisang bagoong
2 cups water
2 (100 g each) bundles sigarilyas, sliced thinly

Procedure:

  1. Heat oil in pan. Brown chicken. Add bagoong, remaining marinade and water. Cover and simmer for 20 minutes.
  2. Add sigarilyas and cook for 5 minutes or until tender.
Makes 3-4 servings. (Yield: 8 pc chicken and 1/2 cup sauce)
