Ingredients:
1 | cup | cooking oil |
1 | pack (250 g) | firm tofu (tokwa), cut into 6 and pat-dried |
1 | pack (450 g) | PUREFOODS READY-TO- EAT PORK BICOL EXPRESS, thawed out in the chiller |
1 | pc (4 g) | finger pepper (siling haba), seeded and sliced |
Procedure:
1. Heat oil and deep-fry tofu for 5 minutes or until golden brown. Drain excess oil and set aside
2. Heat Bicol express in a pan for 8 minutes and stir occasionally. Toss in tofu.
3. Transfer to a platter and top with chili.
Makes 5 servings.
