BERRY PILLOWS


Ingredients:

3/4 cup sour cream
1 cup MAGNOLIA GOLD BUTTER UNSALTED
3 cups MAGNOLIA ALL PURPOSE FLOUR

Filling

2 tubs MAGNOLIA BEST FRUITS JAM, Strawberry
sugar for coating souffle cups

Procedure:

  1. Combine sour cream, butter, and flour on a food processor until formed into a dough. Gather dough into a ball. Wrap with Glad Cling Wrap and chill.
  2. Cut into 4 equal pieces. On a lightly floured surface, roll out one piece shaping into a 12x4 rectangle, spread one side with jam. Roll out into a log. Cut into desired sizes per log.
  3. Roll each piece in sugar and arrange on a cookie sheet lined with Glad Bake Paper. Bake at pre-heated oven at 3500°F for 15 minutes or until done.
