BERRY BANANA YOGHURT SHAKE


Ingredients:

1/2 cup MAGNOLIA LOW-FAT MILK
1/3 cup non-fat milk powder
1 pc small ripe banana
1 tsp honey
2 tsp sugar substitute
pinch ground cinnamon
1 cup ice cubes
1 cup berry-flavored yogurt

Procedure:

  1. In a blender, combine all ingredients except yogurt and blend until smooth.
  2. Fold in yogurt then blend again.

Makes 2-3 servings.
