BEER MARINATED MONTEREY PORTERHOUSE STEAKS


Ingredients:

1/2 cup SAN MIGUEL PALE PILSEN
1 tbsp mustard
1 tbsp ginger, grated or minced
1/4 tbsp salt
1 tsp honey
1 kg MONTEREY PORTERHOUSE STEAKS

Procedure:

  1. Place the first seven ingredients in a bowl.
  2. Mix well.
  3. Place the steaks on a deep tray.
  4. Pour the marinade all over the steaks and allow to marinate for a minimum of 2 hours (maximum of half a day).
  5. When ready to use, pan fry steaks until done. You may also grill on a pre-heated grill.
