|1||tbsp||ginger, grated or minced|
|1||kg||MONTEREY PORTERHOUSE STEAKS|
1. Place the first seven ingredients in a bowl.
2. Mix well.
3. Place the steaks on a deep tray.
4. Pour the marinade all over the steaks and allow to marinate for a minimum of 2 hours (maximum of half a day).
5. When ready to use, pan fry steaks until done. You may also grill on a pre-heated grill.
