BEEF BACON SAMGYUPSAL


Ingredients:

2 (200 g each) packs PUREFOODS DELI BEEF BACON
3 tbsp miso paste
1/4 tbsp Gochujang
1/2 cup store-bought kimchi
14 pc curly lettuce leaves

Procedure:

  1. Heat pan and add bacon slices. Cook until crispy.
  2. Arrange bacon, miso paste, gochujang, kimchi and lettuce on a platter.
  3. To consume, wrap in lettuce leaves a few pieces of bacon strips, gochujang, miso paste and kimchi.

Makes 7 servings.
