BANANA PEANUT BUTTER BALLS


Ingredients:

1 cup crushed graham crackers
1/3 cup SKIPPY® CREAMY PEANUT BUTTER
2 pc ripe lakatan bananas, mashed
3 tbsp DARI CREME BUTTERMILK, melted
1 cup rice crispies

Procedure:

  1. In a bowl, combine graham, peanut butter, bananas and margarine.
  2. Form mixture into bite size balls (about 1 tbsp).
  3. On a plate, roll balls in rice crispies until completely covered all over.
  4. Transfer to a tray and chill for 30 minutes before serving

Makes 5 servings

Yield: 17 pc balls

Tip/s:

  • Other than rice crispies, crushed cornflakes and nuts can be used.
  • Store in an airtight container in the chiller for 3 days.
  • Work with gloved hands to prevent spoilage and ensure good shelf life.
