BANANA CORNDOG


Ingredients:

6 pc lakatan bananas
6 pc barbecue sticks
1 (180 g) pack MAGNOLIA PANCAKE AND WAFFLE MIX
1/2 cup water
2 cups MAGNOLIA NUTRI-OIL PALM VEGETABLE OIL, for deep-frying
1/2 cup chocolate syrup
1/2 cup chopped peanuts

Procedure:

  1. Skewer banana in barbecue sticks. Set aside.
  2. In a bowl, combine pancake mix and water.
  3. Dip bananas in batter then deep-fry in hot oil. Drain on paper towels. Let cool.
  4. Drizzle with chocolate syrup and sprinkle nuts on top.
Makes 6 servings.
