BANANA COFFEE COOLER


Ingredients:

3 cups ice cubes
4 tbsp instant coffee syrup*
1/4 cup simple syrup**
1 pc lakatan banana
1 scoop MAGNOLIA ICE CREAM CLASSIC VANILLA
store bought whipped cream
2 tbsp store bought caramel syrup

* Instant coffee syrup:

2 tbsp SAN MIG INSTANT COFFEE powder
1 cup hot water
2 (17 g each) sachets SAN MIG BARAKO 3-in-1 COFFEE

** Simple syrup:

1 cup sugar
1 cup water

Procedure:

  1. In a blender, pour ice cubes, coffee syrup, simple syrup and banana lakatan. Blend until smooth. Add  ice cream and blend. Pour in a tall or Collins glass and top with whipped cream. Drizzle with caramel syrup.
  2. To make instant coffee syrup: 1 cup of hot water. Let cool and use accordingly.
  3. To make simple syrup, boil sugar water. Let cool and use accordingly.
Makes 1 serving.
