BANANA CHOC-NUT CREAM LAYERS


Ingredients:

1-1/2 (12 pc) cups crushed LA PACITA GRAHAM CRACKERS
6 pc lakatan bananas, peeled and sliced
1 pc calamansi, squeeze juice over banana slices

Chocnut Cream

1/4 cup MAGNOLIA ALL-PURPOSE CREAM, chilled
10 (98 g) pc choc-nut, crushed into powder

Procedure:

  1. Combine choc-nut cream ingredients. Mix until smooth. Set aside.
  2. In a small rectangular pan (baking or disposable container), place a layer of 1/2 cup crushed wafer/cookies.
  3. Spread some choc-nut cream then arrange some slices of bananas.
  4. Repeat the same procedure twice.
  5. Chill for 1 hr before serving.

Makes 6 servings.
