BANANA CAKE JEWEL

Ingredients:

1 (155 g)	box	FAST & EASY BAKE BANANA CAKE, mix according package directions
1	pc	ripe lakatan banana, sliced
1/4	cup	sugar

Procedure:

Grease and line with paper cups a mini muffin pan. Set aside.
Mix banana cake mixture , pour into prepared muffin pan.
Coat banana with sugar, and place into each muffin.
Bake in oven toaster for 15 minutes or until done.

Makes 12 servings.
