BAKED PUREFOODS CHINESE HAM


Ingredients:

1 (1-1/2 kg) pc PUREFOODS CHINESE HAM

Glaze

1-1/2 cups pineapple juice
1/4 cup SAN MIGUEL PALE PILSEN
1 cup brown sugar
1 pc cinnamon bark
3 pc cloves

Garnish

pineapple slices, orange slices, cherries

Procedure:

  1. Preheat oven to 375°F. Mix glaze ingredients. Set aside.
  2. Place ham in an oven proof container and add glaze. Bake ham for 20- 30 minutes.
  3. Transfer to a serving platter and garnish with pineapple or orange slices and cherries.
  4. Boil remaining sauce until thick and serve with ham.
Makes 10-15 servings.
