Baked Potato


  1. Preheat oven to 350°F. Cut sheets of aluminum foil and grease with butter. Wrap each potato in foil then seal in edges.
  2. Bake for 1 hour in the oven set at 350°F.
  3. Make a slit on top of potatoes. Push downwards to open up baked potato. Top with sour cream and any choice of topping (you may combine 2 or 3 toppings).

Makes 4 servings.
