BAKED POTATO WITH CHEEZEE BACON


Ingredients:

4 pc medium-sized potatoes, scrubbed and washed
1/4 cup DARI CRÉME CLASSIC, melted
1/2 cup MAGNOLIA CHEEZEE SPREAD
1/2 cup chopped and fried PUREFOODS CLASSIC BACON HONEYCURED
1 tbsp chopped green onions

Procedure:

  1. Preheat oven or turbo broiler to 350°F.
  2. Place potato on foil and drizzle with melted margarine. Wrap and bake for 45 minutes.
  3. When done, open foil and squeeze the center to open potato.
  4. Top potatoes with cheese, fried bacon and green onions.

Makes 4 servings.
