BAKED POTATO WITH CHEEZEE BACON


Ingredients:

4 (600 g) pc potatoes, scrubbed and washed
1/4 cup DARI CRÉME CLASSIC, melted
1/2 (127 g) cup MAGNOLIA CHEEZEE SPREAD
100 g PUREFOODS CLASSIC HONEYCURED BACON, fried and chopped (1/2 cup)
1/2 (8 g) bundle green onions, chopped

Procedure:

  1. Preheat oven or turbo broiler to 350°F.
  2. Place potato on a pre-cut foil and drizzle with melted margarine. Wrap and bake for 45 minutes.
  3. When potato is cooked through, open foil and squeeze the center to open potato.
  4. Top potatoes with cheese, fried bacon and green onions.

Makes 4 servings.
