BAKED FRANKS AND GRAVY CASSEROLE


Ingredients:

4 cups cooked rice
1/4 cup MAGNOLIA GOLD BUTTER SALTED
3 pc PUREFOODS DELI GERMAN FRANKS, sliced
300 grams broccoli, cut into florets and blanched
1 pack store-bought instant gravy mix (you may also search for "Classic Gravy" in our recipes section)
1/4 (56 g) cup toasted garlic
100 grams MAGNOLIA QUICKMELT CHEESE, grated

Procedure:

  1. Preheat oven to 375°F on broil setting.
  2. Place cooked rice in an oven proof casserole. Set aside.
  3. Melt butter in a pan and fry German franks and then add broccoli and cook for 2-3 minutes. Put mixture on top of rice.
  4. In a saucepot, cook gravy mix according to package directions. Add toasted garlic. Pour gravy on top of franks mixture. Sprinkle grated cheese on top of the casserole.
  5. Bake in the oven for 10-15 minutes or until cheese has melted and turns golden brown.

Makes 4 servings.
