BAKED FISH IN CREAMY PIMIENTO SAUCE
|1 (250 mL)
|| MAGNOLIA ALL PURPOSE CREAM
||(185 g) can
|| pimiento, drained and chopped
|1 (220 g)
|| MAGNOLIA QUICKMELT CHEESE, reserve half of the cheese then the rest for grating
|| cream dory, sliced into 3
|| iodized fine salt
Makes 6 servings
- Preheat oven to 350⁰F.
- Combine cream, pimiento and cheese cubes in a skillet over medium heat. Cook until cheese melts and ingredients are well combined.
- Place fish fillets on sauce then top with grated cheese. Bake in oven or oven toaster for 10-15 minutes or until fish is fully cooked.
When thawing frozen fish, transfer form freezer to chiller the day before use.
