BAKED EGGS AND HOTDOGS


Ingredients:

1/2 cup DARI CREME CLASSIC
2 tbsp chopped white onions
1/2 kg tomatoes, seeded and chopped
1/4 cup chopped basil leaves
cup sliced PUREFOODS TENDER JUICY HOTDOGS CLASSIC
10 pc MAGNOLIA BROWN EGGS
iodized fine salt and pepper to taste
1/4 cup grated MAGNOLIA CHEEZEE

Procedure:

  1. Preheat oven to 375°F.
  2. Heat 1/4 cup margarine in a shallow pan. Cook onions until tender. Add tomatoes and basil and cook until very tender. Place mixture in a baking dish. Stir in hotdogs.
  3. Break eggs one at a time and arrange evenly on top. Season with salt and pepper. Dot with remaining margarine. Top with cheese. Bake for 12 to 15 minutes.
Makes 5 servings.
