BAKED CLAMS


Ingredients:

2 kg clams, soaked and washed well
1/2 cup MAGNOLIA CREAM CHEESE, softened
1/4 cup MAGNOLIA GOLD BUTTER UNSALTED
2 tbsp chopped garlic
2 tbsp chopped parsley
1/2 tsp hot sauce
1 tsp Worcestershire sauce

Procedure:

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F.
  2. Steam or boil clams in a pot with enough water until shells open. Discard unopened shells.
  3. In a bowl, combine cream cheese and butter. Add garlic, parsley, hot sauce and Worcestershire sauce. Mix well.
  4. Spread mixture on top of clams then bake for 5 to 10 minutes.
Makes 5 servings.
