Ingredients:
1/4 | cup | MAGNOLIA REAL MAYONNAISE |
1 | pack (110 mL) | MAGNOLIA ALL-PURPOSE CREAM |
1 | pack (235 g) | MAGNOLIA CHEEZEE MILKY WHITE SPREAD |
2 | pc (228 g) | PUREFOODS DELI ANGUS BEEF PATTY, fried lightly from frozen and cubed |
2 | pc (80 g) | tomato, sliced |
338 | grams (1-1/2 cups) | MAGNOLIA MOZZARELLA CHEESE, grated |
1 | pack (12 pc) | small flour tortillas, toasted and cut in half |
1 | pack (70 g) | lettuce leaves, rinsed and pat-dried |
Procedure:
1. Preheat oven to 350°F.
2. In a bowl, combine mayonnaise, cream and cheese spread. Set aside.
3. In an 8x5x2-inch oven proof dish, layer cheese mixture at the bottom and then top with half of mozzarella, tomato slices, cubed burgers and remaining mozzarella.
5. Bake for 10 to 15 minutes or until cheese has melted and bubbling.
6. To serve, on each tortilla halve, place lettuce leaf and top with some cheese-burger mixture.
Makes 8 servings.
(Yield: 24 tortilla halves & 3 cups cheese-burger mixture/1/2 flour tortilla with 2 tbsp mixture)
