BACON ON STICKS


Ingredients:

250 grams PUREFOODS CLASSIC BACON HONEYCURED
14 pc quail eggs, boiled and peeled
14 pc green beans, blanched
2 tbsp soy sauce
1 tsp corn syrup
1 tsp Japanese mirin or dashi
1 tbsp water

Procedure:

  1. Roll eggs in half bacon slices and skewer pieces per sticks. Set aside. Repeat procedure with beans. Grill until bacon is slightly browned and crispy. Transfer to a serving platter.
  2. In a sauce pan combine soy sauce, syrup, dashi, and water. Simmer to thicken and serve with yakitori.
