Ingredients:
8 | strips | PUREFOODS MAPLE FLAVORED BACON |
2 | tbsp | cooking oil |
4 | pc | MAGNOLIA BROWN EGGS |
1/2 | cup | MAGNOLIA PURE FRESH MILK |
1/4 | tsp | iodized fine salt |
1/4 | tsp | pepper |
1/4 | cup | MAGNOLIA REAL MAYONNAISE |
1 | pack (160 g) | MAGNOLIA QUICKMELT CHEESE, sliced into 16 pc |
8 | pc | store-bought Belgian waffles |
Procedure:
1. In a pan, fry bacon in oil and set aside.
2. In a bowl, beat eggs with milk and then season with salt and pepper.
3. Using the same pan with bacon oil, cook the egg mixture scrambled style. Set aside.
4. Spread mayonnaise on one side of waffles and then on half of waffles, arrange half of cheese, scrambled eggs and bacon. Top with remaining waffles to make sandwiches.
5. Toast for 2-3 minutes until waffle sandwiches are warm and the cheese has melted. Serve with maple syrup if desired.
