BACON AND CHEESE WAFFLES


Ingredients:

1-1/4 cup MAGNOLIA ALL PURPOSE FLOUR
1/4 cup cornstarch
1/2 tsp baking powder
1/4 tsp baking soda
1/2 tsp iodized fine salt
1/2 tbsp sugar
1 (250 g) pack PUREFOODS BACON CRUMBLE, fried
3/4 cup MAGNOLIA FRESH MILK
1/3 cup cooking oil
1 pc MAGNOLIA BROWN EGG
1/2 cup MAGNOLIA CHEEZEE SQUEEZE PIMIENTO
3/4 tsp vanilla extract
1 tbsp MAGNOLIA GOLD BUTTER SALTED, melted

Procedure:

  1. Combine first 7 ingredients. Mix well and set aside.
  2. Combine remaining ingredients in a separate bowl. Mix well.
  3. Gently pour in wet ingredients into the dry ingredients. Let batter sit for 30 minutes.
  4. Preheat waffle maker. Brush with some melted butter. Pour some of the batter into the waffle maker then cook until done.  Serve with butter and syrup.

Makes 5 servings.
