- In a bowl mix pancake, eggs and water according to package directions. Set aside.
- Slice one end of the hot dog into 8 slits and about 1 inch long to represent tentacles. Repeat with the rest of the hotdogs.
- Insert barbecue stick in the middle part of the tentacles. Dip the other end (without slits) into pancake batter.
- Fry in preheated oil. Cook until golden brown. Drain on paper towels.
Makes 8 servings.
