BABY BACK RIBS WITH CITRUS MARINADE


Ingredients:

1 kg MONTEREY BABY BACK RIBS, skin and fat removed
1/2 cup orange juice
1/4 cup calamansi juice
1/2 cup water
3 tbsp soy sauce
1 tbsp minced garlic
2 tsp dried thyme
1/4 cup honey

Procedure:

  1. Place ribs in a saucepot together with the rest of the ingredients. Cover and simmer until ribs are tender stirring occasionally. Remove ribs and set aside.
  2. Let sauce reduce over low heat and set aside.
  3. Grill ribs, brushing it occasionally with the sauce until golden in color.
