B. E. L. T. ( BACON, EGG, LETTUCE, AND TOMATO) SANDWICH


Ingredients:

100 grams PUREFOODS CLASSIC BACON HONEYCURED
4 pcs MAGNOLIA BROWN EGGS, hard-boiled and coarsely chopped
1 cup MAGNOLIA REAL MAYONNAISE
1 tsp mustard
iodized fine salt and pepper to taste
8 slices whole wheat bread
1 cup torn lettuce leaves
1 pc salad tomato, sliced

Procedure:

  1. Fry bacon in its own fat until crisp, crumble then set aside.
  2. Mix eggs, mayonnaise, mustard, salt and pepper in a bowl. Add bacon.
  3. Spread filling onto 4 pieces of bread then top with lettuce and tomatoes. Sandwich with remaining piece of bread.

  Makes 4 servings.
